NOSTALGIA GARDEN

Beginning with a clean slate, we embarked on this project in Hampstead Gardens to craft a space reflecting the client’s cultural roots and love for nature.

An inviting backyard circular seating area, laid with exquisite limestone pavers, provides a gathering point for family and friends. A hardwood sleeper screen adds a unique touch, and sits comfortably between the verdant garden bed and paved area, offering a sense of definition and spatial separation.

The standard olive trees in the front yard give a nostalgic nod to the client’s Greek heritage, bringing a sense of familiarity and identity to the space.

There is also a food production area, brimming with flourishing vegetable beds and espaliered Citrus trees, alluding to the client’s passion for homegrown, fresh produce.

This garden is a blend of simplicity and elegance, exhibiting a beautiful array of seasonal changes, lending the space a new character with each passing season. It is a testament to the owner’s lineage and their love for nature, beautifully intertwined in one harmonious garden.
